१. पारवहन सम्झौता

६ ट्रेडमार्क दर्तासम्वन्धी सम्झौता
चीन र नेपालवीच विभिन्न वस्तुहरुको टे्रडमार्क दार्ता सम्बन्धी छुट्टै समझदारी भएको छ । यो समझदारी अनुसार दुबै देशमा आयात-निर्यात हुने वस्तुहरुको पेटेन्ट राइट निश्चित हुनेछ ।
७. नेपालमा ग्यास तथा पेट्रोलियम अन्वेषण सम्वन्धी समझदारी
नेपाल र चीनबीच नेपालमा ग्यास तथा पेट्रोलियम अन्वेषणसम्वन्धी समझदारीमा हस्ताक्षर भएको छ । यो समझदारीपछि नेपालमा भएको ग्यास र पेट्रोलियम अन्वेषणमा चीनले सहयोग गर्नेछ ।
८. स्वतन्त्र व्यापारसम्वन्धी सम्झौता
नेपाल र चीनबीच भएको अर्को सम्झौता स्वतन्त्र व्यापारसम्वन्धी छ । यो सम्झौतामा ५०० वस्तुको प्रवेशाज्ञाबारे काम थाल्ने उल्लेख छ ।
९. बैंकिङ रेगुलेशनसम्वन्धी सम्झौता
नेपाल र चीनबीच बेङजिङमा भएको यो सम्झौतामा दुई देशका गभर्नरले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन् । यस अन्तरगत दुई देशबीच वित्तीय नियमनको सूचना आदान-प्रदान हुनुका साथै एक अर्को देशमा बैंकको शाखा खोल्न बोटो खुलेको नेपालका गर्भनर चिरन्जिवी नेपालले अनलाइनखबरलाई जानकारी दिए ।
